Recharge your system right! Too much water can dilute your system of valuable electrolytes.

Unrefined salt-water. It's easy to make.

#1. Buy unrefined Celtic salt or Aztec salt.
#2. Use a large mason jar with a plastic lid.
#3. Put a 1/3 of the unrefined salt in the jar and fill the rest with filtered water. Let sit for 24 hours and leave on counter.
#4. Use 1 to 2 teaspoons (plastic spoon) per 8 ounces of water in morning or before and after workouts. Can also be used during workout.
