Also being a Massage Therapist, Shawn is an expert in foam rolling techniques, Active release therapy, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretching techniques and injury prevention and care. Massage Therapy can lower blood pressure, increase blood circulation and lymph flow. It can stimulate muscles that are weak from lack of exercise because of an illness or injury. Massage therapy relaxes muscles, improves range of motion, and increases endorphins which can lead to a more complete recovery while training hard for competition.
