As a Trainer and a Coach Shawn has helped many athletes get in shape and reach their goals. He has coached beginners to high level Olympic athletes. He is an accomplished triathlete with over 15 years of experience and the knowledge required to help others reach their goals. His focus is on Endurance/Triathlon Coaching and Personal Training. Whether you are looking to get back in shape or finish an Ironman, Shawn will help you to define your goals and map out the best techniques and training schedule to fit your life.

Also being a Massage Therapist, Shawn is an expert in foam rolling techniques, Active release therapy, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretching techniques and injury prevention and care. Massage Therapy can lower blood pressure, increase blood circulation and lymph flow. It can stimulate muscles that are weak from lack of exercise because of an illness or injury. Massage therapy relaxes muscles, improves range of motion, and increases endorphins which can lead to a more complete recovery while training hard for competition.
